Celebrate Chinese New Year with a Los Angeles tradition in Chinatown.

Every year, thousands of people come from all over to participate and spectate in this colorful festival. People celebrate Chinese New Year through festivals, parades, family gatherings and little red envelopes of money. This has become a highly anticipated cultural event in the Southern California Asian-American community. The location also provides a great opportunity to check out some of the local Chinatown businesses as well as the culture.

Parking
It is highly recommended that you don’t drive or park in Chinatown due to the lack of street space. Luckily it is a 10 minute ride away from the hotel, ride sharing is another way to get there.
